激光下料和检测

激光下料指利用激光振荡器输出的激光以光速通过聚焦镜聚焦,产生高密度能量照射在金属或非金属等材料上,使之蒸发而进行的下料方法,可进行缝隙较小的高精度下料。目前,在汽车冲压车间内,主要使用的激光下料切割机有两种,一种是二氧化碳激光切割机,另一种是光纤激光切割机。与传统机械式下料方式相比,激光下料在下料要求作出调整时,无需争分夺秒地更换下料模具,只需工程师修改激光器的数控程序,十分方便快捷,且激光下料能十分简单地切出各种适合的轮廓,最大可能的使得冲压工序变得容易。

激光检测是一种不影响被测物体运动的非接触式测量,具有精度高、测量范围大、检测时间短的优势,同时具有很高的空间分辨率,应用有我们熟悉的有激光干涉测长、激光测距、激光测振、激光准直、激光测位移、激光散斑测量等。在汽车冲压车间,运用激光检测技术时一般采用激光测距原理和激光测位移原理。激光检测技术实现了对工件尺寸、形状、颜色等特征的自动判断和识别,相比人眼所做的测量和判断,激光检测具有高度自动化、效率高、精度高、稳定性强、可适应危险环境、感光范围广等优势,是实现工业自动化和智能化的必要手段。

冲压机械手主要作用是使输出的机械位移或转角准确地跟踪输入的位移或转角。伺服冲压机械手技术,指用来精确地跟随冲压过程的反馈控制系统。与传统全自动冲压线相比,全伺服冲压机械手生产线在生产中呈现出速度快、集成度高、灵活性强等特点,实现了“绿色、智能、融合”的全伺服高速冲压生产。当配备良好的上下料装置、横杆机械手及尾线系统时,整条冲压线能够在保证高产量和高质量的同时,还具有极短的模具与端拾器的更换时间,进而实现降低零部件单位成本,从而提升冲压车间的经济效益。
