什么是冲床机械手的交互控制系统?

人机交互系统是人与冲床机械手进行联系和参与冲床机械手控制的装置,分别是指令给定装置和信息显示装置。
The human-computer interaction system is the device which is connected with the punch machine hand and participates in the control of the punch manipulator. It is the instruction given device and the information display device respectively.

冲床机械手控制系统是按照输入的程序对驱动系统和执行机构发出指令信号,并进行控制。信号传输线路大多数都在冲床机械手内部。控制系统的任务是根据冲床机械手的作业指令程序以及从传感器反馈回来的信号,支配冲床机械手的执行机构去完成规定的运动和功能。

AI control system is unable to compile motion program in advance. Instead, it requires that the control function be determined in real time based on the acquired state information in motion. When the external conditions change, in order to ensure the required quality or to improve the quality of control, the process is based on the observation of the state of the manipulator and the observation of the servo error, and then adjust the parameters of the nonlinear model until the error goes away.
