冲压机械手是在自动化设备的基础上,根据冲压生产特点,专门为实现冲压自动化无人生产而研发的设备。冲压机械手为适应柔性化的生产要求,压力机的所有控制功能应做到集成化,从而实现全套模具的菜单化管理,主要包括滑块行程调整、平衡器气压的调整、气垫行程调整以及自动化控制系统等各个环节的参数设定。

Stamping manipulator is a kind of equipment which is specially developed for the realization of automatic unmanned production of stamping on the basis of automatic equipment and according to the characteristics of stamping production. In order to meet the requirements of flexible production, all control functions of the press should be integrated so as to realize the menu management of the whole set of dies, including slider stroke adjustment, balancer pressure adjustment, air cushion stroke adjustment and automatic control system parameters setting.


冲压机械手


冲压机械手应用比较广泛的专业运动芯片都具有响应快速、集成度高、抗干扰强等特点。但是也因为芯片是针对特定情况设计的,所以不容易扩展升级,无法进行复杂的算法控制。其中以FPGA为典型代表,是一种专用集成电路中集成度高的一种,基本可以满足当前任何复杂算法的逻辑要求,但缺点是对于复杂的控制系统,需要大量逻辑门组合,价格比较昂贵。
Professional motion chips widely used in stamping manipulators are characterized by fast response, high integration and strong anti-interference. But also because the chip is designed for specific circumstances, so it is not easy to extend and upgrade, unable to carry out complex algorithm control. As a typical example, FPGA is a kind of ASIC with high integration, which can basically meet the logic requirements of any complex algorithm. However, the disadvantage is that for complex control systems, a large number of logic gates are needed and the price is expensive.

而以DSP控制器为核心的冲压机械手运动控制系统。相比与一般通用的微处理器,DSP具有两大优势:高运算速度和实时数据处理能力。DSP芯片可以通过有效的编程,用数字信号来处理数据量很大的实时信息,而且它的处理速度非常快,每秒可以处理上千万条指令信息,已经成为目前控制系统的热门技术之一。
The motion control system of the punching manipulator is based on the DSP controller. Compared with general microprocessors, DSP has two advantages: high computing speed and real-time data processing ability. DSP chip can process large amount of real-time information through effective programming and digital signals. Moreover, it can process tens of millions of instructions per second. It has become one of the popular technologies in the control system.

冲压机械手的运动控制方式为,由伺服电机驱动可旋转角度为360°的气控机械手,由步进电机驱动丝杠组件使机械手沿X、Y轴移动,可回旋360°的转盘机构能带动机械手及丝杠组自由旋转,旋转基座主要支撑以上3部分,气控机械手的张合由气压控制。
The motion control mode of the stamping manipulator is that the pneumatic manipulator with a rotating angle of 360 degrees is driven by a servo motor, and the screw assembly driven by a stepping motor moves the manipulator along the X and Y axes. The rotary mechanism with a rotating angle of 360 degrees can drive the manipulator and the screw group to rotate freely. The rotating base mainly supports the above three parts, and the pneumatic machine. The tension of the hand is controlled by air pressure.
