冲床自动上下料机械手大体可以分为两大类,一类为单工位机械手,一类为多工位机械手,下面我们具体来说一下它们的差别。

单工位机械手,是指将冲压模具标准化,将多个工序置于一台大型压力机下生产,从而在机器内部进行材料传递的机械手,特别适合深拉深的小型零件。当然,其他形式的零件只需更改传递手指结构也可以实现。单工位机械手,可以分为整体式和分体式两种结构。其中单工位整体式机械手结构紧凑,传递稳定,效率高,最高速度可达每分钟100次以上。但其要求模具配合度高,需要模具与机械手同步设计,并且需要采购专用或者改装压力机。

冲床上下料机械手


单工位分体式机械手可以说是整体式的简化板。分体式机械手因为将横梁一分为二,从而对机模的要求比较低,只要保证模面高度一致基本就可以实现,有些因为产品特性甚至可以只有一根横梁。分体式机械手采用伺服马达加丝杆驱动,最高速度一般可达每分钟50次。在模具生产时,分体式机械手横梁是处于模具外面,等模具加工完成后,再往模内合拢。因此横梁有可能发生颤动,如何在保证不增加横梁重量和占用模内位置的情况下,尽量增加横梁的刚度是分体式机械手的关键。

多工位机械手,是指将单个冲压机台串连成生产线,然后采用机械手将各机位的产品进行传递而使用的机械手。多工位机械手同样可以分为整体式和分体式两种形式。分体式机械手在每个工位安装取料机械手、送料机械手和中间传动装置。三部分可以做成一个整体,也可各自独。机械手含有上下和前后两个方向的动作,每个动作采用丝杆驱动,中间传动装置一般可采用皮带或者同步轮,当然也可只在中间设立一个中转台,但是这样必将造成时间的浪费,一般不推荐。分体式机械手拆装方便,并且可以根据模具实际状态进行调节,适用范围非常广,但是此种机械手速度较慢,一般只能做到一分钟6-8个。并且成本昂贵,单台成本均在十万左右。
