搬运机械手设备在高速冲压生产线中的作用

冲压生产线可实现汽车覆盖件及其他大型成形件的冲压生产,整车厂的冲压线如图1所示,由线首系统(A)、大型压力机(B)、搬运设备(C)、线尾系统(D)组成。从板料输入到成形零件下线,相较于效率极低的传统人工生产线,自动化设备的应用可起到很高的降本增效作用,今天我们就来着重讲一下搬运设备在高速冲压生产线中的作用。

冲压生产线

四轴搬运冲压机械手
